The Amazing Race 2

The Amazing Race 2 is the 2nd season of the American reality competition show The Amazing Race. Hosted by Phil Keoghan, it featured 11 teams of 2, each with a pre-existing relationship, competing in a race around the world in order to win US$1,000,000. This season visited 5 continents and 8 countries and traveled over 84,000 km. Starting in Pahrump, Nevada, racers traveled through Brazil, South Africa, Namibia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii, and Alaska before finishing in the San Francisco Bay Area. The season premiered on CBS on March 11, 2002, and ended on May 15, 2002.
