Various reports identify an area on the grounds of Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan that goes by the name of "Camp Alpha" as the location of a life-sized replica of Osama's final hide-out in Abbottabad, and that the SEAL Team that executed the mission trained at this mock-up.
Anyone found it? I have no idea how to tell the date of the sat images, so that might eliminate the possibility right off the bat. And, are the Google Earth images necessarily the same batch as the Google Maps (on-line)?
Anyway, just a thought...
