My guess is @ 22.28173,114.121827 but it doesn't look like it's covered in shark fins. GE imagery date is 3/24/2012.

How did you find it? Just scanning the sat images?
And it doesn't look like they are using the roof as a drying rack in the sat image, but the shape and the buildings around it confirm the location!
