Now we have a mod who trust in Wikipedia. That you can't because it's people like you and me who make them and a lot of Wikipedia are wrong in locations.

SO WHY THE HECK DID YOU DENY THESE TWO???????

•Ascot Racecourse Heliport (EGLT): Wrong location per Wikipedia & GM http://goo.gl/maps/5vth2

•Devon and Cornwall Police Heliport: This is Dorset Police - Devon & Cornwall heliport is @ http://goo.gl/maps/uy5sU

They were denied because they were the wrong locations. I have no reason to doubt Wikipedia particularly when Google Maps shows the Ascot Racecourse Heliport at exactly the same spot, which is about 850 meters from the location you posted.

The Devon and Cornwall Police Heliport is located in Exeter Middlemoor: http://www.helis.com/database/org/uk_police_forces/?m=1

The location you posted is about 86.5 km away.

No wonder why People from The United Steaks like you doesn't know about geography.

Most of those Wikipedia are made from people of your country. LOL

You have to be more aware of faults in Wikipedia but I see you trust everything.

Bye for all time.

Look it up in Google Earth Historical imagery slider date 12/30/2003 - 51.420555,-0.659167 (Wikipedia & Google Maps location) - 51.417164,-0.670606 (the location you posted)

Looking at the history of that Wikipedia page, the person who first posted the coordinates of the Ascot Racecourse heliport is from Yorkshire, England.

I think one possibility to keep in mind is that the heliport (really just a temporary parking area for helicopters on race days at Ascot) may have been located in both fields at one time or another. The "H" is clearly visible in the 2003 Google Earth map, but the other location is closer to the track, and would be more convenient for visitors flying in to see the races.

Whatever the case may be, I think we need to remember the safari contests are a fun game and shouldn't be something to get upset about.
