Yahoo maps shutdown a while ago: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yahoo!_Maps#Shutdown
While we haven't offered the ability to view Yahoo Maps in the viewer for a while, there were still some Yahoo Maps thumbnails left around.
Thankfully, mlc1us spent some time recently to convert all of these to Google Maps. Because of this, we can start removing references to Yahoo in the site, such as the navigation bars and filters. We will be doing this shortly.
