Hello!
I can't say that I did too much snooping on this, but I just can't spot this villa that, reportedly, sits in the La Palmeraie section of Marrakesh, Morocco.
Things are further complicated by the fact that, it sometimes seems, there might be two villas in question.
I'm looking for the villa of Marella Agnelli, whose garden's were designed by Madison Cox:

I don't know if that is the same villa Leo Tolstoy's daughter, Olga Tolstoy, built in the late 19th century. It seems that at one point Tolstoy's villa was bought by Patrick Guerrand-Hermès and transformed into the Royal Polo Club de la Palmeraie. How Marella Agnelli figures in that picture is a good question.
Might it be either this one?
