I've made a slight change to the Update Thumbnails form. It now uses a library called Dropzone. This library makes it easy to drag-drop images onto it, select from anywhere on your file system, or even Paste from your clipboard into the page.
The new form will make updating thumbnails even quicker if you use something like PicPick to copy 500x500 px regions to your clipboard -- simply load the form and hit paste.
Let me know of any issues!
(I plan on updating the regular Submit Map form to allow this too)

I've just been trying this out, and it's fabulous! So much fun. (Though not that much for the one who has to approve the updates, I believe.  )
