I think that a new category is needed.
"Satellite problems" is not appropriate for the censored zones. Something like "Retouched", "Photoshoped", "Intentionaly altered image", "Anti Terrorist Camouflage", "Military secret area", "Khaki zone", "Don't look there!" or "We don't want to show that we only have two old and rusty planes"...
I vote for the "Intentionaly altered image" one.

I like "Intentionaly Altered" too.
(I feel bad that we did a HUGE addition of new groups a while back but we bogged down resorting the groups. We're only about half way re-sorting them into the new groups so far. I promise we'll finish some day.)
