Address is 21 Dill Lane in Rosemary Beach, according to Walton County records.

http://www.waltonpa.com/

However, no map utility (Google, Yahoo, Local.Live) I use can find it.

Here is Rosemary Beach development map.

Here is Rosemary Beach development.

Dill Lane isn't on the map but if you do a search for properties for sale on the Rosemary Beach Development site and use the keyword Dill it maps two houses on this street as being on Dill Lane.

This is weird. I don't see anything on the street that you are saying is Dill Lane that looks like the property in the article you linked. Supposedly he has lived down there since 2002.

Walton County assessor brings up information on the property just fine, but Walton County also has a GIS Map service (which is usually linked into the assessor, but not in this case), but it does not recognize 21 Dill Lane either. If that worked, that would give us the exact location in order to map it.

I'll keep searching.

OK. I finally zoomed into the area on the Walton County GIS Map site and found Dill Lane. You marked it correctly. Still, when you click the IDENTIFY button to see the property info of each parcel on that street, it still doesn't come up with the location. It's like it hasn't been built yet or something. I can't explain it.

So, I went deeper and used the GEO Number and Parcel Number on the assessor record and I pinpointed where it was. If you want to me post the "empty land", I will, but right now there is nothing to see with the current views of any of the 3 map softwares. There is also NO BEV in the area yet either (as you know).

I think this one might be better suited for when some updated views happen in the area. Let me know what you think.

I forgot. Here's the Walton GIS Map site if you want to investigate yourself.
