The Long Overdue Scavenger Hunt wrapped up a few minutes ago, and we have a tie for first place! Congratulations to adrbr and mlc1us for tying for first place:

Congratulations and thanks go out to all of the contenders! 216 maps were submitted for this hunt, with many great finds.
We really love doing these hunts, so we will be trying to hold a new one about once a month.

Congrats to the winners, and thanks to the moderators for their time and efforts.
I like the idea of having monthly hunts, as they always turn up some interesting scenes. As for suggestions... I'd stress quality over quantity. Some of the submissions in this last hunt were a little questionable for their categories... but hey, it's all for fun, so I'm not complaining.

Great hunt! I really enjoy the scavenger hunts and would love to see more of them.
I think it would be fun to have a 'wildcard' category for the really cool things found during the hunt, such as these:
