New & Improved - Submitting Bird's Eye View (BEV) URLs

1) Click "Share" when viewing BEV map and save the URL
http:/ /maps.live.com/default.aspx?v=2&FORM=LMLTCP&cp=r83cyjj3srhy&style=b&lvl=1&tilt=-90&dir=0&alt=-1000&scene=7487406&phx=0&phy=0&phscl=1&encType=1
2) Switch to aerial view in LL and click "Share" again and copy out just the long/lat (i.e. 43.622656~13.516681)
3) Replace the cp= field with your long/lat
http:/ /maps.live.com/default.aspx?v=2&FORM=LMLTCP&cp=43.622656~13.516681&style=b&lvl=1&tilt=-90&dir=0&alt=-1000&scene=7487406&phx=0&phy=0&phscl=1&encType=1
Then please be sure to test the URL before you submit it to make sure it is correct.
That's all there is to it.

That was the method I'd been using all along to submit BEV maps......What was the old method?

I just cleaned up the tutorial. Same procedure.

BEV image/Google URL?

Hey, is it cool to submit the BEV image with the Google URL and post a comment letting you know that's what the image is? (You can probably see that it's the BEV image on your own and make the change when approving the entry but just in case you space on it.)
