Being able to preview your submission before final submit might cut down on basic errors (like attaching the wrong picture, typos in title or description, etc.).
On the other hand it may make submitting a little annoying by having to click twice. And each submit will have to run through the site twice -- once for redisplay as a preview and then again for submission.

I've thought about adding this for a while, maybe add a preview button next to Submit, so you could see how it would look on the site. It's on my todo
