It keeps saying title is empty, and won't even let me check nearby maps. Something seems to be glitching.

What browser are you using?
Is it blocking you from hitting submit? Or showing you an error after you submit?

Also, can you let me know exactly what the title of the map you were trying to submit was?

Were you submitting a location from the VGT viewer? I see that it incorrectly complains that your Title is empty on the first open of the page. As long as you correctly add a title later, it should get submitted correctly.
If you continue to have any problems, please let me know.
