The user "torontomansions" and "velocegatto" posted a supposed mansion of Robert Herjavec.

This is in fact -- INCORRECT. I have advised the posters many times about this error and they even removed my comment about such misleading error.

Robert Herjavec DOES NOT LIVE ON "Park Lane Circle", as the current property suggests. The current property being shown belongs to another family.

Herjavec lives in the same neighbourhood but on a different street -- 16 High Point Road, which is a completely different property.

Furthermore, he did not purchase his home for $10mil as reported, Realtor property records show $7.5mil (this is also reiterated in a national newspaper investigation when interviewing Mr. Herjavec).

Finally, Herjavec's home IS NOT 50,000+ square feet. According to property records at the city hall, he's home is approximately 35,000 sq feet, despite exaggerated claims. In Toronto, there is NO commercial permit allowed for residential property, as incorrectly claimed by the poster.

Thank you.

Toronto Realtor,

It sounds like you are in a position to know about the accuracy of the maps you have highlighted. Like similar sites based solely on the content provided by members, the information provided with each submission to VGT is only as accurate as the original submitter provides.

That being said, when someone contests the veracity of any given map, VGT's moderators are quick to make corrections when collaborating evidence is provided. However, simply stating that a map is inaccurate and providing an alternative address does not move the ball forward. Without collaborating documentation or links, it becomes a simple case of "he said, she said." Minus collaborating material, we generally leave the poster's original posting unaltered.
