This week we're going back inside again. The Google Art Project recently massively increasing their coverage of the world's art greatest art museums. This week we'll see who can identify the most works of art from those museums.
- Use the convention of 'Title' by Artist for your posting's titles.
- Post your finds to Street View - Art - * for credit (there are two new art categories for portraits and paintings)
- Include a More Info link that provides proof of both the name of the work and the artist. (Not just a link to the artist's bio or a JPG of the work.) If you click on the artwork in "Artwork View" (see below) you'll have a perfect page to cite.
HUGE HINT: Here is a list of all 51 of the museums with Street View imagery. Click on 'Museum View' to filter out the museums that have no Street View imagery. To help identify the works just click on "Artwork View" or the four squares in the lower right corner next to each museum's name.
Good luck and happy hunting!
