Welcome to VGT!

A few notes:

1) Be sure to include a "More Info" link when possible.
2) The thumbnail must match your URL. In your case the URL was not Street View but the thumbnail was.
3) Finally, be sure your thumbnail is 150 x 150 pixels and does not include any labels. In your case you included a rectangular screenshot that included labels.

You can submit a new thumbnail by clicking on the Google button under "Update Imagery" on your maps Information page.
