The north birds eye view of this rural area has been censored by bing. Views from every other direction do not show anything out of the ordinary.
My hunch is that they blurred an aircraft approaching Spokane International Airport located about seven miles northeast of here.

Bing has since taken this censorship one step further by stitching part of the satellite photo view into the north birds eye photo. There was nothing out of the ordinary in this scene apart from the small pixelated item.

Moses Lake (KMWH) is used for testing developmental Air Force aircraft. The F-117 was very extensively tested here, usually at night, of course...
