Description:A surviving portion of Hadrian's wall at Wallsend and a reconstruction of what the whole wall might have looked like when new. Very little of the wall survives at built-up areas where the stones were reused in local buildings. This is also probably the only surviving part of the wall on Google Maps high resolution areas.
