A crew of three Canadians impacted Mt. Elizabeth at 13,000 ft. elevation, while en-route from the South Pole to McMurdo Station.

News link mentiones CVR (cockpit voice recorder) recovered a couple days later, as only the tail section was accessible (other reports). The bodies will not be recovered until the next Antarctic summer.
