According to current property records, her estate sits on 62 acres and is valued at approximately $5 million. She purchased it in 1972.

I live in Brentwood and that is in fact her home, but I don't believe it's on anywhere near 62 acres. However, land is very expensive around here, so the 5 mil. is probably correct.
