Sheldon Adelson is an American business magnate. He is the chairman and chief executive officer of the Las Vegas Sands Corporation, the parent company of Venetian Macao Limited which operates The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino and the Sands Expo and Convention Center. He also owns the Israeli daily newspaper Israel HaYom. As of October 2012, Adelson is listed as the 24th richest person in the world with an estimated net worth of 21.8 billion.
His home is owned through a trust with his attorney listed as trustee.

Thanks for the comment, but if you took the time to read my description and to verify on the property records, this home IS owned by Mr. Adelson's trust. This is not the clubhouse for the community.

This is hishouse. (I've had the opportunity to visit it). One of many. Since his death his wife continue to live there. This house does get confused for the community center which it is not.

It is his house I worked on it for months. I built a safe room for him. I had to make the spot lights in safe room bullet prove. He was afraid of a Helicopter with a sniper shooting down and getting through the light and hitting him.
