Kurt Rappaport is an American real estate businessman. He is the co-founder of Beverly Hills-based Westside Estate Agency.

He has represented such personalities as Ellen DeGeneres, Ryan Seacrest, Warren Beatty and Annette Bening, and Larry Ellison, who Rappaport represented on a buying spree that included 30 Malibu properties valued at more than $600 million. In 2008, Rappaport sold his own home to Tom Cruise for $30.5 million.

County records show plans submitted are for one-story, 18 foot high (5.5 meters), 8,955-square-foot (832-square-meter) single-family residence with attached garage, a 2,750-square-foot (255.5-meter) basement, a 790-square-foot (73-square-meter) second residential unit, a 7,200-square-foot (670-square-meter) hard-surface tennis court, a 163 foot (50 meter) by 14.5 (4.4 meter) foot swimming pool, water features, an alternative onsite wastewater treatment system, fire department turnaround, permeable driveway and retaining walls.
