On May 21, 2006 Montenegro's citizens voted by referendum for independence from the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro, ending dissolution of former Yugoslavia's states. 55.3% voted for independence, just over the 55% the referendum required to succeed.
(Serbia and Montenegro don't exists anymore. You have to change the countries list) |
