The New York Yankees MLB player purchased this 1.46 acre property in June 2013 for $2.69M.
He's recently finished the construction on a home on the property. The home was built by Newport Property Construction, the same company he used to build his former home on North Bay Road, which he sold for $30M in May 2013.

The completed home can be seen in the Google aerial view, but only in the old version through the VGT site. The new Google aerial view map still only shows the vacant lot.
