Yes, I see that now too, however the address on their website is Paseo de la Reforma 2601 - http://www.consuladodelperu.com.mx/index.php?id=1&let=1&ses=4
I can't explain the discrepancy.

Paseo de la Reforma house is probably the embassy and this is where the ambassador lives.
