Woking, United Kingdom (GB)
The M8D race car is on display at the McLaren Technology Centre. It was driven to the 1970 Can-Am championship by New Zealander Denny Hulme.

Hulme only entered seven of the ten Can-Am events, but won six times to easily win the title. The McLaren team only failed to win one race, with American Dan Gurney winning twice and England's Peter Gethin winning once. The season began days after team founder Bruce McLaren died while testing this car in England.
