2012 Shiprock Marathon

One lane of this stretch of US Highway 491 was closed to accommodate runners of the Shiprock marathon, half-marathon, and 10K walk. Proceeds from the marathon benefit Navajo Nation youths.

At least five runners approaching the finish line were captured by Google's Street View camera car.
