Descendant of original owner moved the house back to the road in order to build a bigger house at the beach setback. Can be rented but orienting the view to the back of a new house and not the ocean takes away a lot of the intention. Thanks for saving it though!.Original owner was quite the playboy and collected erotica. Geller was a stitch.
