I live a few houses down from your Prompto Oil on Lisbon St. Lewiston, Me. Over the winter months they were called in reference to the amount of noise from employee vehicles that would sit and rev the engines of their vehicles for hours on end. The manager said he didnt hear it because he was inside but would ask them to stop. Well, it is starting again, but now it is not just one vehicle, but 3 to 4 vehicles. these are very loud with one in particular that has his vehicle backfiring all the time. This starts at approximately 730 in the morning and continues throughout the day and partly at night. I am requesting that someone speak to them and get them to stop.
There are businesses around this location that really dont want to hear this and also elderly people.

I went on 5/19/22 to get an oil change in Auburn Maine. I was driving in Brunswick Maine and the car started shaking and died out. And oil light came on. No oil in car. And called Prompto immediately and drove to advance auto parts. A guy from Brunswick Prompto met me. Put oil in and it streamed out of it very quickly. He found that he had to fix a part that was under the car. Put oil in it again. Followed him to Prompto. He looked at it and did what he did to make sure it was driveable. I am very not happy with what happened in Auburn Maine. This is my car for work and I lost most of the day to be able to work. I am also concerned that my car is going to be ok. It is a 2020 Hyundai Elantra. It isn’t that old of a car. I need someone to contact me with some type of acceptable restitution. Thank you.

i am contacting you again regarding your employee loud vehicles. it stopped for a short time and it has been ongoing since this past winter. a neighbor gentleman went over one morning early because of the excessive noise and an employee was doing donuts in the lot. When asked if that was his vehicle making the noise, he replied "maybe." But as soon as the gentleman left, it started up again. I used to be a customer, but not anymore. unfortunately, because of your lack of guidance for these young people, and their lack of respect for other people, i will NOT recommend this establishment to anyone.
