Actually near San Francisco, I belive it is the former location for Marine World Africa USA. I think this was the location for the "Africa" aspect IE animals roamed this area.

On the far left of this image, under the zoom scale, is the Oracle campus. Redwood Shores, California. 25 miles south of San Francisco. About 415 miles north of LA.
