Several of the [alleged] terrorists of the August 2006 plot to blow up as many as ten America-bound planes over the Atlantic Ocean attended this mosque. Across the street lived one of the men, a biomedical student at a London university. At least nine of the men arrested lived in this neighborhood of Walthamstow in east London.
