Description: Overhagen Castle is picturesquely situated on two islands. It was built in 1619 on the site of a fortifications system. The façade is made up of a wealth of grotesque, gargoyle-like faces but some resemble more friendly portraits. Heads of animals are also present. (Privately owned and not open to the public).
