Description: Once called Harrison Railroad Park, the site of the Hall of Pioneers now has buildings designed by Chinatown political leader Henry Chang, a member of the Oakland City Council. The main building is used by Family Bridges, a Chinatown-based social service agency serving low-income seniors.
