There are two oil companies at this site:
Petro Star's North Pole Refinery is a 17,000-barrel-per-day facility, producing kerosene, diesel and jet fuels. (http://www.petrostar.com/fbk/fbk.asp?page=refining)

and Flint Hills Resources’ North Pole Refinery with a crude oil processing capacity of about 220,000 barrels per day. (http://www.fhr.com/alaska/default.aspx)
