It looks like a variant of the Piaggio P180 Avanti. Maybe a prototype. The body, nose, and main wings are the same but the tail and position of the canards are different. But the wings and pusher props scream Piaggio.

Thanks Kjitz! Your observations sent me in search of some Piaggio-like pusher prototypes and I came up with the Avtek 400.
