Description: Anyone want to take a guess, thought it might be coast guard, but the stripe is blue not orange, and i havnt seen a match in any regestery. Though it could be NOAA, but they have white hulls whit NOAA painted on them in large block. Looked at several regerteries and yet to find anything, but i am guessing it is a goverment ship.
