The Art Nouveau Maxim's des Mers, designed by Pierre Cardin, is a floating version of Maxim's restaurants in Paris and New York. Of the 16 suites - each with a different theme - perhaps the most opulent is the Sarah Bernhardt, which has a large Jacuzzi in a mirrored room. In the winter, she sails the Caribbean, in summer, the Mediterranean. ($600 or more a person per day.)
