This is almost certainly the "H2" airfield. This was attacked on March 31, 2003. This airfield's anti-aircraft had fired on allied planes patrolling the "No-Fly Zone" prior to the 2003 invasion. It was also the source of SCUD attacks on Israel during the 1991 war. Seems to me like planes on a runway lined with sandbags aren't able to take off very well... |

You can see the remains of the plane bombed at the end of the video, near the "crossroads" of the secondary runway and a taxiway that cuts through it. |
