The estate is "Sunnylands" the estate of Walter Annenberg, who was former U.S. ambassador to Great Britain. Sunnylands covers 400 guard-gated acres on a 650-acre parcelthewith a 32,000 square foot (3,000 m²) home.

This is the Annenberg Estate in Rancho Mirage. He was the Founder of TV Guide. Sometimes refferreed as the Camp David of the West. Many Presidents have stayed here. It will be opened to the public in 2011 as a Museum.
