Description: The National Theatre was entirely rebuilt after being completely destroyed after WW II at extreme cost covered mostly by public fund raisers. Its bacteria infested hydraulic stage lifts were the source of just a few scandals and serious uproar among opera lovers from all lands and countries who saw several seasons drop out.
