Tom Edward Patrick Brady Jr. was born on August 3, 1977. He is best known as the quarterback for the NFL team the New England Patriots. Born in California, Tom played sports throughout high school. His senior year, he was All State. Despite his skill at football, Tom was drafted for baseball by the Montreal Expos in 1995. Choosing to follow his football hopes, Tom went to the University of Michigan where he saw very little play his freshman and sophomore years. In his junior and senior years, Tom started to show his talent and played every game, bringing the team an Orange Bowl victory in 1999. In 2000, Brady was the 6th overall draft pick in the NFL. He was drafted by the New England Patriots. Tom Brady has played his entire career with the Patriots playing 13 full seasons as their starter. He did miss most of the 2008 season with a torn ACL. He is the proud recipient of three Super Bowl MVP awards and holds the record for the most Super Bowl touchdown passes. Most recently, Tom was involved in what is being called “Deflatgate”. In early 2015, Tom and his team were accused of deflating the footballs used in an AFC Championship game. Tom was suspended for four games under the judge’s rule alleging he must have known about the deflated balls. Brady appealed and was denied. The ruling was later overturned by a federal judge just in time for the start of the 2015/2016 season and Tom was able to play in the first four games of the season.

Tom has one son (John Edward Thomas Moynahan) with ex-girlfriend, actress Bridget Moynahan. He also has a son (Benjamin Rein Brady) and a daughter (Vivian Lake Brady) with current wife, supermodel Gisele Bundchen.
