Description: For the Day Star Walkway, Bill FitzGibbons integrated the tail section and wings of a BAC 1-11 airplane that were donated by Dee Howard Aircraft Maintenance. The sculpted wings serve as a gateway and signifier to help direct parking patrons to and from the new parking garage and Terminal 2. The tail section has been incorporated as part of the walkway canopy.
