Description: This is the long time Coldwater Canyon home of the guitar legend and his actress ex-wife Valerie Bertinellu. The property is still in both their names, so I am not sure which one of them still lives here. They purchased it in 1993 for $807,320. Fans of his music surely will know that this property has been the home of his home studio "5150 Studios", where Van Halen has recorded many an album.
