The 21-year-old son of the late founder of Herbalife recently purchased actor and comedian Jim Carrey's oceanfront Malibu Colony house. The sale closed on April 30, 2013 for $13.4M, according to public records.

The new owner is Alexander Hughes, the 21-year-old son of Herbalife founder Mark Hughes.
