Western Springs Speedway

1/4 mile clay oval track built in 1929. Many of the best sprint car and midget drivers from the United States and Australia race against the locals from November - March. In the offseason, the grounds are used for rugby matches and concerts.

The long term future of the track is in jeopardy, as people who have moved to the neighborhood have complained about the noise levels.
