The guitarist, composer and vocalist, most noted for his work with the rock band "Phish", lived here. He sold the 5-bed, 4.5-bath, 3,926 sq ft home on January 14, 2010 for $1.35M, according to public records.
I never heard 100% if he closed on Lorraine Bracco's home or not. If you look at that COMMENTS in the post I linked above, it tells about Bracco going into contract with Anastasio on that property on her IMDB page. He also has (or has had) a condo/apartment in NYC.
I don't suppose you know anything about Jon Fishman's properties in Vermont, do you? I have always wanted to find the home (I think a "former" home now), where he got in trouble for putting up a windmill.
