Description: Are these the NSA satellite downlinks? Lots of other large and small radomes to the S and SE.

"1976 - The first KH-11 satellite was launched Dec. 19...it transmitted signal via relay satellites to ground station at Fort Belvoir VA 20 miles south of DC."
