The Champ lived here! “The Greatest” himself, Muhammed Ali, former heavyweight champion moved here in 1986. Born, Cassius Marcellus Clay Jr. he was an American professional boxer, activist, and philanthropist. Arguably one of the most significant and celebrated sports figures of the 20th century and perhaps even the greatest boxer of all time.

Two years after the boxer's death the home was sold in early 2019 for 2.5 Million, almost four million beneath the original asking price. Though the home on the property is only 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the grounds feature a gymnasium, steam room, swimming pool, tennis & basketball courts and a full size boxing ring. The 3,960-square-foot main house sits on gated riverfront property, which also features bathhouse, outdoor kitchen, climate-controlled garages, two barns, and an office. Naturally, there is of course a boxing ring. Plenty of space to entertain as the property is repodely can comfortable hold as many as 500.

Muhammed Ali passed away in 2016 at the age of 74 from complications to an unknown respiratory illness. His funeral was broadcast to some 1 Billion fans worldwide. His legacy secured forever by his historic career and iron willed tenacity, Ali will go on forever as the greatest in many hearts.

Ali earned a $50 Million dollar net worth over his career. While not the first million dollar boxer Ali earned $2.5 million in 1971 to fight Joe Frazier, almost $15 million today. He then earned $5.45 million fighting George Foreman in 1974 or $26 million today. His biggest paycheck came in 1980, when he was paid $7.9 million to fight Larry Holmes, which with inflation comes out to around $22 million today. He also made a nice sum when he sold the rights to his name and image for $50 million. Then as part of the deal Ali took 20% interest, bringing in around $7 million per year in revenue.
