The billionaire real estate developer and his billionaire Wal-Mart heiress wife live here part-time in this oceanfront mansion near Malibu's Paradise Cove. They paid just over $8.6M for the approximately 2.5 acre estate in 1998.
Kroenke and Walton bought the house from the estate of Dodi Fayed, the son of Egyptian billionaire Mohamed Al-Fayed. Fayed had the house in June 1997 and was intending to move in with Princess Diana, who he was dating at the time they were both killed in a Paris car crash, just two months after he bought the Malibu estate.
This is also a former home of award-winning actress, singer, author and icon, Julie Andrews (and her husband late Blake Edwards). She is the recipient of Golden Globe, Emmy, Grammy, BAFTA, People's Choice Award, Theatre World Award, Screen Actors Guild and Academy Award honours.
