Description:

1/4 mile clay oval track created in 1960. It was paved after the 1962 season and converted back to clay in 1980. It has previously gone by several names including Abilene Motor Speedway, Abilene Speedbowl, Big Country Speedway, and Armadillo Competition Speedway. Stock cars and modifieds race here on Saturday nights.
